چکیده
There are high levels of damage imposed on persimmon fruit postharvest, especially after storing it in cold storage, which causes chilling injury (CI). To reduce this stress the fruit, conventional way is to use chemical treatments. Since there a limitation materials, necessary apply non-harmful treatments decrease and maintain quality storage. The aim study investigate effects chitosan-loaded phenylalanine nanoparticles (Cs-Phe NPs) (2.5 5 mM) physiochemical factors (Diospyros kaki) during 45 days storage at 4 °C (38 °F) evaluate impact Cs-Phe NPs preserving order fruit. experiment was conducted using completely randomized design with three replications. Treatments were applied 15, 30, ≥90% relative humidity. size less than 100 nm, approximately. results showed that application mM delayed negative enhanced antioxidant capacity, firmness, total soluble solids Lower H2O2 malonaldehyde (MDA) accumulation along higher tannin carotenoid treated also observed. Fruit coated both concentrations highest enzyme activity for superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), ascorbate peroxidase (APX) lowest polyphenol oxidase (PPO) According our results, could be considered as best treatment under chilling-stress conditions.
